I am not sure what I am doing here in Beijing...I find myself spending a lot of time in my empty room with this old tv set, switching from channel to channel, watching commercials, shows, and media. I wonder if is influencing the minds of citizens.  

I hear the cracks in the room every time I switch the channels.
